Desert Escape will be a one year school for men who have found Christ in prison or who have been in prison and have returned to a walk with the Lord. The goal of this opportunity for these men will be to come to a greater spiritual maturity in Christ. The foundations for any life is resident in God’s Word. Many flounder in life after coming to the Lord because they lack maturity in their Christian walk; they lack people who will disciple them. Jesus discipled 12 after He called them. They left worldly pursuits to follow Christ. In that process they grew and developed into godly men who became notable servants of the Lord. The Lord instructed the apostles and even us today to spend time making disciples, Matthew 28:18-20.

America is flooded with men who act out crimes in our society every day. No programs work like the power of God to give men a lift above sin and degradation to make them people who love God and promote good in our world. Many types of crimes hinder a peaceful society and many today lack peace. God is in the business of making sinners saints and evil men good. It is embarrassing to live in a land with so much evil. It will be wonderful to reach heaven’s shore because there the Prince of Peace administer life without sin. God is love and that means He has mercy and grace to extend to fallen humanity. But the Lord calls His people to be engaged in taking the message of life to men who need God’s grace. We invite you to be engaged first with the Lord in serious and godly manner and partner with us in taking the truth of God to deceived hearts.

We believe we have found a place for this Bible School to exist. The owner of the property has reduced the price of 40 fenced acres from $50,000 to $15,000. The price of this land began at $280,000. It has two wells, power and two buildings. It hasn’t been lived in for some time and will need a lot of repairs but many men are interested in helping to make this place something for God’s glory.

• We need $10,000 to get started on the purchase of this land.
• We need dedicated people to be involved as associates.
• We need new and qualified people to be on staff.
• We need technical people to help us professionally in some special needs.
• We need faithful visionary people who will come on board for the long haul.

Our Financial Policy: No financial help will go to any person unless approved by the elder/board. All gifts to this ministry are for the soul purpose of supplying the financial demands of this ministry. Tax deductible gifts may be made to this ministry. An annual receipt is given to all those who contributed to this ministry each January. Tax deductible gifts may be given to individuals who are recognized as servants of the Lord and are team members with HDPM. This ministry reserves the right to reject funds ear marked for any individual. This ministry can and has given gifts to individuals recognized as victims of poverty in our society. We have no benevolent funds; this ministry is a benevolent ministry. A few women who are working in our correspondence department receive a fledgling amount of gas money each month. Anyone may receive an annual statement of finances on request by E-mail.

About 1000$ a month now goes to the financial needs of the correspondence ministry. Most expenses are for postage. Many men have professed faith in Christ and others encouraged spiritually.
