Federal Correctional Complex . Team members get the magnetic machine evaluation, then given a badge and an escort takes the minister to the chapel area. The men are allowed 10 minutes to move to the chapel, a beautiful and well equipped facility where we have one hour and 15 minutes together. We sing and get into the Word. Currently New Tribes Missions, Firm Foundations is being used for lesson materials. The focus is evangelism!

Every HDM staff meeting has a study to help people in the ministry gain a better foot hold in the things of God. Check the schedule. Currently I and II Timothy

Tuesday Evening there is a Bible Class at The Main Connection from 7:15 to 7:30. People come early and stay late. Currently studying Genesis.

Desert View Correctional Facility: A hour and forty five minute class is held every Monday evening of the year. We also give free offer cards to the men for a Bible Correspondence course. There is singing and prayer time. Testimonies and sharing is part of these evenings.

Prisoners study God’s Word by correspondence using Emmaus Correspondence Courses, a world wide ministry.

Free Offer Cards are given to inmates. They put the first stamp on the card. No postage required after sending in the FOC mentioned above. We have in stock about 60 courses now available. For more information ask by e-mail.

A local Juvenile Hall run by the San Bernardino County has at least one Bible Class each week led by Dave Welch. This facility juveniles that have devastated their lives and many will go on to prison after they turn 18. Pray for Dave as He ministers God’s Word and that the juvenile people there will turn to Christ.
